As a courtesy to our customers we offer a remote support service using Zoho Assist which allows us to remotely connect to your computer and resolve any issue you may have.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE

This service is on an appointment basis only. If you do not have an appointment, please schedule one here.

On some newer computers, particularly Apple devices, you may be prompted to grant specific system permissions when we connect using Zoho Assist.

These permissions are required in order for us to access your computer. If they are not approved, the connection will not work.

For security reasons, only you can enable these permissions. We are unable to complete this step on your behalf.

Please CAREFULLY follow the on-screen instructions when prompted. Once the permissions are granted, we will be able to connect successfully.
