At Jucra Digital, we stand behind the work we deliver. For all website designs or development work completed by our team, we offer a 90-day warranty from the date the site or software goes live. This warranty period provides a reasonable window to identify and address any issues that may arise, ensuring business continuity and peace of mind.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Support Access: Email and live chat support during standard business hours (telephone support may be offered in exceptional cases).
  • Functionality Guidance: Assistance with understanding the functionality or features of your website or application.
  • Usage Support: Help with using specific features of the website/software, within reasonable limits.
  • Bug Fixes: Correction of any coding errors or mistakes directly resulting from our work, at no additional cost.
  • Security Restoration: In the event of a security breach (e.g., FTP/database intrusion or malicious code injection) directly related to our delivered work, we will restore the system using the most recent valid backup.
  • Minor Content Edits: Small text updates or graphic replacements, either carried out by us or with guidance provided.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • On-site Support: All support during the warranty period is provided remotely via email or live chat (phone support in exceptional situations only).
  • New Feature Requests: The warranty does not cover the development of new features. Any such requests will be subject to a separate quote unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Graphic Design Services: The creation of new graphics is not included. Any design work required during the warranty period will be quoted separately.
  • WordPress Core Updates: We do not guarantee compatibility or resolve issues caused by updating the WordPress core during the warranty period.
  • Plugin Updates: Similarly, we do not cover issues arising from plugin updates made during the warranty period.
Please note: Our role during this period is to support your use of the delivered solution—not to provide training in web development or coding.
