2. Customer Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Client Portal credentials, passwords, and any associated account information.
Allowing third-party access to your account may compromise:
- Domain ownership information
- DNS settings
- Billing information
- Transfer controls
- Account security
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Registrar against any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by negligence, credential sharing, or inadequate account security practices.
3. Fees & Payments
Important: Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
All domain registration, renewal, transfer, and associated service fees are payable immediately at the time of order.
Domain registrations are processed only once payment has cleared successfully.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or revoke services where payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity occur.
4. Terms of Service
Domain registrations remain active for the selected registration period purchased by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring domains are renewed before expiry.
We attempt to send renewal reminders before expiration; however:
- Email delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- The customer remains fully responsible for renewal management.
- Failure to receive a reminder does not exempt the customer from expiry responsibility.
Expired domains may enter redemption, suspension, auction, or deletion phases depending on registry rules.
Once a domain expires and becomes unrecoverable, The Registrar accepts no liability for loss of the domain.
Some registries may impose transfer restrictions following registration or renewal.

6. Third Party Purchases
If a domain is registered through an employee, web designer, IT consultant, agency, or other third party acting on your behalf, you remain bound by these Terms and Conditions.
